We are making progress toward our goals but only in baby steps, which can be frustrating when you are trying to shift your life circumstances.

Here is what you need to know to get through this time easily.

Although you are an all powerful spiritual being, you do have to adhere to the physical world’s cycle of time if you want to be energetically in alignment with your opportunities and potentials. If you are trying to make leaps and bounds during a time that is about going slowly, you will inadvertently create resistance or drag making circumstances even more difficult.

The time is not for pushing ahead, rushing, forcing or hurrying to meet an agenda. Rather the time is right for paying attention to details, planning, organizing and going slowly as you move throughout your day-to-day events toward your bigger life goals.

If you don’t have the energy for the things you desire or need to accomplish, don’t judge yourself and don’t give up simply do what you can do and know that it’s enough. Over time, it will come together.

This cycle could persist the rest of the year but the beauty of it is that it will cause you to be more purposeful with your thoughts, ideas and actions which in the long run amplifies your ability to manifest your greatest desires.

The theme of today is Don’t Rush…be compassionate with yourself and go slowly so you are not creating resistance at this time and holding yourself up even longer.

Don’t judge yourself or others
Meditate on stillness and being
Intuitively move through your day doing what feels right not expected
When you feel worried or insecure, use the mantra, “All is as it needs to be”
Release your need for instant gratification and realize the best in life takes time to achieve
