By now you are familiar with the fact that the only constant in life is change.

You’ve heard the lyrics …Nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky and not even the earth and sky last for ever in the long run …everything has its time. My point is that life is ever changing and so one of the greatest things you could learn is how to embrace impermanence. So how do you embrace impermanence…

First, you stop being attached to how you think everything should look and you start creating for the sake of joy and love rather than the need to control. What you will see is how life has more in store for you than you could have imagined for yourself.

The universe is vast and if you are open to experiences beyond your conceptions, you are allowing greater possibilities and opportunities to come your way.

Additionally, in order to embrace impermanence you must be willing to release whatever is no longer serving your greatest or highest good whether that’s an addiction, a limiting career, or a toxic relationship. You know what holds you back and impermanence is the magical element that let’s you move beyond it.

So…lose the need to make everything look the way you think it’s supposed to look and lose the hindering elements that are keeping you from living your ideal lifestyle…then watch and see what life brings you that expands you outside your box enriching your experiences.
